A full time ministry position

Role: Full time Minister within Highgate Ministry Team


Key Responsibilities: to enable a positive vision for future ministry and mission through/with
Highgate @10 congregation; working within the core ministry Team and particularly the Highgate
@ 10 congregational hub based upon ‘umbrella’ vision; to build upon strengths and help us
discover more of what opportunities lie before us.

Areas:
1.   Team: work as member of ministry team within the Highgate ‘umbrella’. Work with elders/
     leaders of the Highgate @ 10 congregational hub.
2.   Mission: envision for the future ministry and mission with the Highgate @10 leadership/
     elders and congregation. Open our eyes to more opportunities in mission.
3.   Worship: Sundays @ 10 (awareness and commitment to ‘Kids Friendly’ ethos) , monthly
     Redroofs (communion and occasional Sunday Services).
4.   Care: share in pastoral care; help us develop, monitor and maintain good networks of
     pastoral care to all. Responsibility to Columba College Boarders (liaison with Fyfe in
     aspects of overlap).
5.   Formation: help us ‘make disciples’ through baptism, profession of faith opportunities, small
     groups, liaison and work alongside established teams (for example, Kid’s @).
