Terms of Call:

The terms of Call for the appointment of a Nationally Ordained Minister to the Parish of Highgate are as follows:

Standard terms of call include:

. Basic stipend

. Basic expense allowance

. Car allowance, by way of re-imbursement, as per Assembly scale

. Removal expenses

. Free telephone other than private toll calls

. Secretarial assistance by arrangement

. Four weeks annual leave, plus 11 statutory leave days

. Study leave as defined by Assembly unless otherwise stated and approved by Presbytery/UDC

. Housing allowance, to be negotiated with the Church Council

The approval of the Presbytery/UDC is needed before a position can be established and before a call is issued.
